Massive Updates to Defcon1

Since the last time I updated here the following features have been added:

- High Quality Realistic, time accurate Map
- All required gameplay features onto a single page
- Much faster battles, and a faster "make new game" page
- Easy to install PWA for Ios and Android

The game has gone from "in-development" to a more or less complete project ready for you to enjoy!
